Can an astrologer predict that someone is in a physical relationship before marriage?

Though there are various methods for determining this physical relationship thing before marriage(though this is common nowadays,but varies from culture to culture),but I would like to share one of the tested techniques,which I have found working in more than 95 percent of the horoscopes I have analysed in more than over a decade of my Astrological journey:

The only exception is that if this house is aspected by strong Jupiter,then thoughts would come but person comes on backfoot at the last stage.

Also Venus Rahu in 7th ,8th or 12th house denotes multiple sexual partners before and after marriage especially in Libra , Scorpio or Pisces sign or in Bharni nakshatra.

Ive been pretending to be okay and acting as normal as possible, but Im actually completely heartbroken after a recent breakup. Its painful and really affecting me, to the point where I cant concentrate at work, Ive lost my appetite, I cant sleep, and It feels as if my whole world has been turned upside down. I loved him so much. He said so many cruel things to me and it made me realize he must not have loved me the way I loved him, or he wouldnt have said such horrible things. How do I handle the heartbreak and why cant I accept that he didnt love me and just forget about him?

We all are aware of the fact that 3rd house is the first kaam trikona or house related to our hobbies and desires . Mercury is significator of duality and boyfriend/ girlfriend( in Bnn astrology )and Venus is love or relationship.
